How much is a standard errand?

The average Twenty Fifth job is $50. Any purchases you require on top of your errand will be added to the final bill e.g. the purchase of groceries or a dry cleaning bill.

If you happen to have a particularly complicated request we will immediately quote a flat fee before starting the job. There are no hidden costs. We like to keep things fair and simple.

What type of tasks can

Twenty Fifth help with?

Our most common jobs include letting in and locking up after tradesmen, Post Office runs, grocery shopping, document collection/ delivery, research based tasks such as travel bookings, finding the perfect gift for someone, data entry, etc.

There is no need to be confined to the tasks mentioned though, let us know how we can help and we will work out the rest.

How do I pay?

Each runner is equiped with a card reader to take payment. If your task doesn't require you to meet with your assistant, payment can be taken over the phone.
We also accept direct debit if that better suits you.

How quickly can you get the job done?

We get every job done ASAP. Naturally we recommend a flexible deadline however rush jobs shouldn't be a problem.

Is Twenty Fifth operating in my city?

Twenty Fifth exclusively operates in Canberra, Australia at this stage. We will however be extending in the future, so watch this space!

Can I become a Twenty Fifth runner?

Most of our runners come to us via recommendation but we will certainly consider the right people for the job!

Before becoming a Twenty Fifth assistant each runner goes through a rigorous background check including a mandatory Police Check. Runners must have a valid drivers license, access to their own car, and exceptional organisational skills.

A moving experience

We take care of your entire move, commercial or residential. This includes organising and overseeing removalists, boxes and protective wrapping, packing and full unpacking. Think a house transplant if you will.

Leave the admin to us.
This package includes: business name registration*, company or sole trader registration*, logo, basic website set up*, business email set up*, business cards, business letterhead, email signature design, personalised number set up i.e. 1300 number*, Quickbooks set up (or any preferred accounting software)*, card payment set up*.

We pick up your dry cleaning, take it to the cleaners, pick it up and bring it safely back to you.
